In my work I use systemic approaches, neuroscience, humor, empathy and honesty. I'll individually accompany you with life- and business coaching.

 

Also teams in corporates can seek my support for conflict resolution, reorganisation and strengthening their communication skills.

MY WAY

Sports and music had a strong influence on me early on. I became a contemporary dancer. I always remained curious and continued my education by studying cultural studies and at the same time I began to pass on my knowledge and experience in teaching, workshops and counselling. The work of supporting people in their development fascinates me to this day on and I am happy to incorporate my extensive body knowledge if requested.

As a former professional gymnast and handball player, violinist and contemporary stage dancer I know passion and suffering, diligence, sweat, gym smell, rehearsal studios, injuries, competition, high pressure and all the rest, which is part of these passions - from my own experience.
Therefore I am the right person for people in top-level sports, dance, music and the creative sector. 

The core of my work is to support you in growing independently. Together we will identify your most important challenges so that you can overcome them with confidence.
