Sports and music have always been very important to me. After studying contemporary dance (Frankfurt a.M.), I continued my education with a degree in cultural studies and management (Potsdam). At first, contemporary dance became my main profession. At the same time, I had begun to pass on my experiences in teaching and counselling. It is very important to me to support others in lifelong learning and growth, which I continue to do professionally in coaching, training and supervision.
